Our company also provides interior plant design and maintenance for commercial and residential, landscape services, pond building and

RANDI PAQUET
Randi started her interiorscape business in 1982 to design, install, and maintain indoor plants for offices,
restaurants, malls, and homes. She got the idea when a restaurant she just started working
at had several nice built-in planters with plants in them that all looked terrible.
Her interest in plants started with her early childhood; living on a farm
and learning from experienced neighbors and family.
RANDY PAQUET
Chief Financial Officer
Randy (Randi’s Husband) was born and raised in Mackinaw City
and has been supporting his wife’s endeavor since the beginning.Randy was in
the construction trades for 10 years, then went into the insurance and securities business-
these skills and qualifications led him to become a FEMA inspector for disasters all
over the country, while still working for Randi’s Green Thumb when he was home.
As Randi’s Green Thumb grew, he retired from FEMA to work for Randi’s full time, and has been ever since.
In his free time, Randy enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
Meet Brendon, who helps our clients with landscaping.
His typical work day consists of watering and general maintenance of our plants.
Brendon grew up in Midland and gardened for most of his life. In addition to working at Randi’s,
he is studying horticulture at Colorado University and studies Japanese independently.

BLAKE PAQUET
Delivery Driver / Greenhouse Tech
Blake is our delivery driver and greenhouse Tech, he is here to make sure
that your plants and flowers arrive safe and sound. Blake has lived here in midland
his whole life and graduated from Bullock Creek Highschool in 2023.
